- In this highly informative class you will be led in an exercise using breath-work to connect and balance the chakras.

- Understanding and expanding on INSPIRATION, INSIGHT and INTUITION.
- Trusting your inner guidance.
- Explore your non-physical / psychic senses.
- In this workshop you will learn about your inner sensations.
- All of these "IN"s are INnately an aspect of our INner Soul Consciousness. They are all related to an awareness that is accessible to us energetically. We tap into frequencies of data all the time without realizing it. This information shows up as the “IN”s of Self; Inspiration, Insight and Intuition. The “IN”s of Self with a capital “S”, as in Soul Self are our Soul’s Awareness speaking through our Higher Self, and is connected to the expansive Spirit of Universal Consciousness.

THE POWER OF CHAKRA/SPIRIT ANIMAL AWARENESS
- This innovative 7-week course is designed to tune you into your Chakras and connect you with the Animal Spirits that work with each energy center’s purpose.
- We will awaken and align your Chakras through a meditative experience into choosing the Animal Spirits that wish to work with you at that time.
- Each week you will explore a different chakra and an Animal Guide that connects with that essence of energy.
- Once the Animal Totem is chosen, a drumming journey will guide your connection with its Essence in relation to the Chakra we are linking to that week.
- Find out what each Animal offers in guidance to the Chakra it aligns with.
- In each week, your assignment is to feel the influence of the Chakra’s Energy in relation to the Spirit of your Animal.
